System Administrator User
Full access to the data and the application. These users have the ability to independently manage and configure the platform. They have access to set and adjust all security settings and user profiles.
AdmiralBridge Platform User
Ability to view data in the application according to sharing rules and permission settings. Users can access the full platform and experience the full application.
AdmiralBridge Store User
Reduced environment targeting named users towards specific tasks and data. Users can view and edit records they have created or have been assigned to them.
Analytics Creator License
Ability to create new dashboards in the Salesforce analytics studio application. Must be used with a System Administrator or AdmiralBridge Platform user account.
Analytics Reader License
Allows the user to view and interact with dashboards that have been created an shared with the user. Must be used with a System Administrator or AdmiralBridge Platform user account.
Software Licensing
All software contracts will include an application fee which will get you started on the AdmiralBridge Platform. The application fee will provide you with two system administrator users, three AdmiralBridge platform users, five analytics creator licenses, unlimited email support, and all user access to analytics dashboards.

Example Scenario: Company A wants to start with 20 Platform users (including 2 admins) and 30 Store Managers and they do not require the Big Data Analytics package. The proposal for this company would be an annual cost of $12,840 for 50 users. That calculates to an average of $21.40 per user per month.
This is how it would break down:
=> 2 Administrator Users (2 @ $100 per month = $200 per month
=> 18 Platform Users (18 @ $40 per month = $720 per month)
=> 30 Store Users (30 @ $5 per month = $150 per month)

Big Data Analytics upgrade: If Company A wanted to add the Bid Data Analytics package to build enhanced dashboards with the Salesforce Analytics Stuido application the cost would increase by $250 per month. This would bring the total monthly to $1,320 and the annual cost to $15,840.

Continuous Professional Services
There are times when you don’t have the internal support to maintain all the things that you want to get done. When it comes to supporting the AdmiralBridge application we have options for you.
Platinum Services package ($12,000 per month)
Full time support with a dedicated services person, weekly meetings and full white glove support. Your support person will also take your ideas to our product team to shape the future of our application.
Gold Services package ($6,000 per month)
Half time support with a dedicated services person, platform monitoring, bi-weekly meetings, and your advocate for informing our product roadmap.
Silver Services package ($3,000 per month)
Dedicated services person one day a week, with meetings once a month to keep you on track with your goals.
Bronze Project package ($125 per hour)
Service based on a defined statement of work, resources will be assigned based on availability, project complexity, and project dates.
