At its core, great software should do more than just record history. It should help you shape the future.
When AdmiralBridge first launched, our focus was narrow and deep: helping organizations track theft, safety incidents, and loss prevention. We were a tool for incident management. But as we’ve partnered with global teams, we’ve witnessed a shift. Our customers don’t just want to know what happened; they want to understand why it happened, identify recurring patterns, and build the accountability needed to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
This quarter marks a pivotal moment in our story. We are no longer just an incident tracker; we are maturing into a comprehensive Operational Excellence platform. Our Q3 2026 updates represent the “connected tissue” between data, people, and process.
Quick Reports: Capturing Reality in Real-Time
Not every event requires a deep-dive investigation. Sometimes, the most important thing you can do is capture high-quality data before it fades. Our Quick Reports feature was built for speed, and this quarter, we’ve expanded its scope based directly on user feedback.
We have introduced six new report types to help capture the full spectrum of daily operations:
- Customer Complaints & Demand Letters
- Lost & Found & Maintenance Issues
- Notices & Regulatory Visits

The Power of Flexibility:
Organizations can now toggle these types on or off and utilize dependent picklists. This means your “Category” options change automatically based on the “Type” selected ensuring your data remains clean and structured without overwhelming the end user.
Pro Tip: If you’re an AdmiralBridge customer, contact our support team to activate these new report types in your environment today.
HR Incident Management: Bridging the Gap

Many organizations still manage sensitive HR issues through a fragmented mix of spreadsheets and emails. This creates “data silos” and significant compliance risks. Our new HR Incident Management module brings the rigor of professional case management to the HR department.
The biggest challenge in HR is confidentiality. That’s why we’ve built this module with a proprietary security model. HR permissions operate independently from loss prevention, ensuring sensitive data like harassment claims or policy violations are only visible to the right people.
Why this matters: When a theft investigation (LP) overlaps with a policy violation (HR), AdmiralBridge allows you to merge them into an Enterprise Investigation. You get a 360-degree view of the risk without compromising the privacy of the individuals involved.
Breaking Language Barriers: Platform Translation (Beta)
Operational excellence knows no borders. To support our growing global community, we are thrilled to announce that Platform Translation has entered Beta.
Users can now toggle their interface between English, French, and Spanish. While English remains the default, this update ensures that on-the-ground licensed users can navigate the platform in the language they are most comfortable with, reducing errors and increasing adoption.
To toggle your language, click on your avatar on the top right corner of your AdmiralBridge home page, then click on ‘Settings’, then click on ‘Language & Time Zone’ in the left menu. If you are seeing significant gaps in translation, it may be your instance is not upgraded to our latest release (v0.144.0), contact your system administrator.
As this is a beta feature, we would love your feedback. Please contact us at support@admiralbridge.com, please include “Translation Feedback” in the subject line so we can route your feedback to the correct department.
The Home Page Ticker: Data at a Glance

Visibility shouldn’t require running a manual report every morning. Our new Home Page Information Ticker provides a live comparison of your operational data (e.g., Last 7 Days vs. Previous 7 Days).
Security First: The ticker isn’t a “free-for-all.” It strictly respects your existing sharing rules. If a user only has permission to see their own records, the ticker will only reflect their specific activity. It provides insight without ever bypassing your security protocols.
Adminstrators can activate/deactivate specific statistics with in the AdmiralBridge Administration -> Data page.
Intelligent Case Linking: Finding the “Invisible” Thread
Perhaps the most exciting leap forward this quarter is our Intelligent Case Linking pilot. In a sea of data, it’s easy to miss the fact that a shoplifter in Region A is using the same getaway car as a suspect in Region B.
Our new algorithms use Fuzzy Logic to identify connections across:
- Phrase Matching: Detecting specific keywords across the platform.
- License Plate Matching: Identifying similar tags even with minor typos.
- Suspect Name Matching: Flagging potential repeat offenders.
- Case Link Intelligence: A weighted system that evaluates physical descriptions, narratives, and geography to suggest “high-probability” connections.

Note: This feature is designed to augment the investigator, not replace them. The system surfaces the connection; the human expert makes the final call. If you are interested in joining this pilot, let us know.
Standard Operating Procedures: Turning Static Documents into Accountable Processes
In most organizations, a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is where good ideas go to be forgotten. They are often created in Word, buried in a SharePoint folder, and updated sporadically without anyone being notified. This lack of visibility creates a dangerous gap between what the policy says and what is actually happening on the ground.
At AdmiralBridge, we believe that if a process isn’t traceable, it isn’t repeatable. That is why we are thrilled to announce our new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Document Management suite a major leap forward in how organizations govern their operations.
Beyond the Document: A Complete life cycle
We didn’t just build a place to store files; we built a Document Builder designed for the life cycle of a professional organization. Rather than dealing with messy versioning in external folders, AdmiralBridge treats the SOP as a living, breathing part of your workflow.
- Structured Document Generation: Use our native builder to create standardized, professional SOPs. You can include sections, specific points, and external links to supplemental content, ensuring that all necessary information is centralized.
- Point-by-Point History & Auditing: This is a game-changer for compliance. AdmiralBridge tracks history at the individual paragraph and point level. You can see exactly who changed what and when, providing a level of forensic detail that traditional word processors simply cannot match.

- Publishing & Locking: To maintain a “Single Source of Truth,” once an SOP is published, it is automatically locked. No accidental edits can occur. If a change is needed, you create a new draft, work on the revisions, and publish the new version only when it’s ready to be disseminated.
The “Accountability Loop”: Notifications & acknowledgment
The greatest SOP in the world is useless if your team hasn’t read it. We’ve closed the loop on communication with a built-in acknowledgment engine.
When a new SOP is published or an existing one is updated, users are immediately alerted via a Home Page Notification. Clicking the alert takes them directly to a read-only version of the document, complete with a live table of contents and interactive routing for easy navigation.

Most importantly, AdmiralBridge tracks this viewing activity. You can now see at a glance who has reviewed the latest procedures, allowing you to drive 100% compliance across your entire workforce.
Operational Excellence Callout:
“Operational excellence isn’t just about having a plan; it’s about ensuring the plan is communicated and followed. Our SOP suite moves organizations from ‘hope-based’ management to ‘evidence-based’ accountability.”
Key Features at a Glance:
- Interactive Document Routing: Navigate complex procedures with ease.
- PDF Export: Generate standardized, professional PDFs of your results for external partners or physical records.
- External Link Management: Link your SOPs to training videos, external regulations, or internal assets.
- Centralized Notification: Ensure every team member is on the same page (literally).
This update transforms AdmiralBridge from an incident management tool into a governance engine, giving you the power to define excellence and ensure it is executed every single day.
New Options for Check Fraud
A customer recently pointed out one of the big parts of his job was tracking and preventing check fraud losses. As he was building out a case record the options for recovered/not recovered merchandise didn’t really fit the use case.

While a check fraud is a potentially serious loss, if the loss was prevented the item wasn’t “recovered”. In response to this conversation, we have enhanced the Cash/Check option to include a ‘No Company Loss’ option for the Recovered status. This option will prevent the value from being included into the Total Value summary on the main record page. To account for this we have a new field called, “Total No Loss Value” at the incident level. We expect this to support customers with this use case.
Conclusion: The Bigger Picture
It is easy to see these as several different updates. But look closer, and you’ll see they are all parts of a single vision.
AdmiralBridge is evolving into the central nervous system of your operations.
The incident doesn’t exist in a vacuum, it’s connected to a person (HR), a process (SOP), and a pattern (Case Linking). By bringing these elements into one connected ecosystem, we aren’t just helping you record what happened. We are giving you the tools to build a more accountable, transparent, and efficient organization.
We are proud of the maturity AdmiralBridge has reached in Q3 2026, but as we look toward the future, one thing is clear: We are just getting started.
